Bradley Anderson, M.D.

Bradley Anderson, M.D.'s scope of practice includes treatment for diseases of the eye, specializing in cataract and refractive surgery with advanced technology including premium lenses and laser-assisted surgery, glaucoma, and corneal diseases. He also specializes in performing state-of-the-art LASIK surgery, plastic surgery on droopy eyelids and medical retina. He has published in peer reviewed journals and presented papers and posters at national ophthalmic meetings.


Born and raised in Layton, Utah, Bradley Anderson, M.D. attended Utah State University in Logan, Utah, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences with a minor in Chemistry. He holds his Doctor of Medicine from the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In addition to his medical practice, he is also a Captain in the Army National Guard, which he joined shortly after starting medical school. He completed his residency in Ophthalmology at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan.


Bradley Anderson, M.D. pursued a career in medicine because he loves people and wanted to help them in some capacity. He thoroughly enjoys listening to people and helping to improve or restore people’s eye sight, which, he says, is an extremely gratifying experience.


When Bradley Anderson, M.D. is not practicing medicine, he enjoys Alpine and waterskiing, canyoneering, hiking, spending time with family, and playing a wide variety of sports as well as attending musicals and local cultural events. He also has provided medical and surgical care to underserved populations on mission trips to Kenya and plans to continue international work.


He welcomes new patients at the Idaho Physicians Clinic in Blackfoot.
