John Fornarotto, M.D. attended Cornell University in upstate New York for his undergraduate studies, graduating in 1979 With Distinction in All Subjects and a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. He then went to medical school at Tulane University in New Orleans, receiving his MD in 1983.
Ryan Johnson, O.D.
Ryan Johnson, O.D. graduated from Brigham Young University with honors in 1995, receiving a B.S. Degree in Zoology. He continued his studies at Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon, graduating with distinction in 2000 with his Doctor of Optometry degree. He completed his optometry preceptorships at the University affiliated Clinics in the Portland, Oregon area, at the Eye Foundation of Utah in Murray, Utah, and at the Indian Health Clinic in Fort Hall, Idaho.
Bradley J Anderson, M.D.
Bradley J Anderson, M.D. was born and raised in Layton, Utah. He attended Utah State University in Logan, Utah, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences with a minor in Chemistry. He holds his Doctor of Medicine from the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee. In addition to his medical practice, he is also a Captain in the Army National Guard, which he joined shortly after starting medical school. He completed his residency in Ophthalmology at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan.
